2. What data we collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form on this site (hosted by Typeform) or book a call (hosted by Calendly), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company name, work email address, company website, business type and team size.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this site, we and our service providers collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and the campaign parameters (UTM tags) that brought you here.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the assessment or audit you requested (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- To send you occasional resources by email where you have submitted your details and we have indicated we will do so. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us (legal basis: consent and our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing).
- To measure and improve our advertising using the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, Google Analytics. This helps us understand which campaigns work and build advertising audiences (legal basis: consent where required, otherwise our legitimate interest).
- To manage leads internally using workflow tools (legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating our business).
4. Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. Where enabled, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, adjust your advertising preferences in your Meta account settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising at youronlinechoices.eu.
5. Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and our business. They process personal data on our behalf or as separate controllers, under their own privacy terms:
- Typeform (forms) and Calendly (bookings)
- Meta Platforms (advertising and measurement)
- Google (analytics, where enabled, and fonts)
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Zapier, ClickUp and Slack (internal lead handling)
We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above: enquiry and lead data for as long as the dialogue or business relationship is active, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to our processing, including direct marketing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
